Parenting in Early Childhood is the next step in your evolution as a parent.

And it really is the beginning of a deeper dive into how we negotiate our needs, visions and goals with our children’s individuality and increasing demands for autonomy and independence. But it’s tricky because as verbal, self-assured and assertive as they may be, our kids still really, really need us — especially on an emotional and psychological level.  

You’ve moved through the cloud of postpartum, found some sort of rhythm and thought you were supposed to snap back into feeling and living the way you used to.  But it’s still really, really hard and you don’t even know who you are anymore, let alone how to fit the old you into your life now.

Do you often find yourself thinking:

  • I’m exhausted and overstimulated

Our work together begins wherever you are so our first sessions are spent exploring and identifying your concerns, challenges and goals. To support your journey, I recommend an initial deep dive into child and parent development, parental wellness, and basic mindfulness practices, emotional regulation tools and communication skills. I believe if we can get these foundations working in your favor right out of the gate, you will experience immediate benefits and tap into a deeper motivation as we moving forward.

Once you begin to experience the benefits of increased insight and emotional management, you’ll be ready to dig deeper into the influences that are subconsciously coloring your parenting experience, identifying those that may be acting as barriers to the parenting experience you want and work to flush them out of the way.

Finally putting together all of the pieces, the path to being the parent you want to be will come into full focus and you will move forward from a place of confidence in your relationship with your child, your relationship with your partner, and your relationship with yourself.
